The candidate for this position will be responsible for Process Design and engineering of Distillery plants that includes Fermentation, Distillation, Ethanol Dehydration and Evaporation plants for Multi feed stock. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Execute basic engineering of Distillery units.
Prepare Process data sheets for critical equipment, Pumps, PHE’s
Provide inputs to Draftsman to prepare P&ID, layout and other engineering drawings.
Occasionally visit site to gather information and site preparedness.
Provide technical support as necessary
Establish process metrics and goals
Develop and issue process designs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
Experience:
Sr. Process Engineer 8 – 12 Years
Process Engineer: 3-5 years
mainly in Distillery field.
Familiarity with process control
Office location: Pune, Kothrud
Excellent written and oral skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
